• All returned merchandise must be in salable condition and in the current catalog or order blank, unmarked and not damaged. Call prior to return for a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Include this number, customer ID, and invoice number to expedite returns. Please mail returned packages to R.H. Boyd Publishing Corp. and NOT to the vendor. Items returned without a RMA# obtained prior to making the return will not receive any credit.
  • Report order errors immediately. If items must be returned, please ship orders prepaid. Credit for postage will be issued only if RHBPC is in error.
  • A $10.00 handling fee will apply to dock pickups.

  • Once material has been personalized, sales are final unless there is a manufacturer error.
